1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deepify VL ("the Service"), operated by Deepify.AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Deepify VL is an AI-powered platform that generates educational videos from text input. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create scripts, animations, narration, and subtitles. Generated content is for educational and informational purposes.

3. User Accounts

To use generation features, you must create an account via Google or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require a subscription (Pro or Power plan). Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit. Generated videos are licensed to you for personal and educational use. You may download and privately share generated videos with attribution to Deepify VL. Community publishing may be made available after moderation controls are ready.

We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data about platform usage to improve our services. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Deepify VL is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. Generated content should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth. We recommend verifying important information with authoritative sources.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deepify.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your videos and data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
